2008 Artist Application Contract

Instructions: You will be taken through three steps for the Application.

  • Step 1 - Click here to read and print the 2008 Application Contract. By submitting your application, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival Contract.

  • Step 2 - Pay Jury Fees via Paypal. Once you have made your payment you will be provided with a link to the online application. *Do not leave paypal. Look for the online application link on the page that you see for your successful online payment. Click the link to fill out your application and upload your photos.

  • Step 3 - Online Application with photo upload.

    • File size: File size does not matter on our application. If you already have images that have been formatted for Zapplication, they will also submit to our application with no problems. We do ask that your images be in JPEG format.

    • You must submit 3 photos of artwork that you plan to display at the show and a photo of your booth display.

Important Information - Please Read:

THE ART SHOW COMMITTEE WILL ACCEPT NO SLIDES FOR CONSIDERATION. (For technical assistance, please email websinfinty@cox.net.) The committee will hold the images for verification at the festival. Committee members will circulate during the festival to review artwork within booths. If the work you show at the festival is inconsistent with submitted images, you will be asked to remove the work(s).
